A legacy project for the city of Tauranga

Farmers has a long history at the site of Thirty Eight Elizabeth, which started in the 1970s when the original shopping development was built there. At the time it brought a modern retail edge to Tauranga. The new building heroically stands at the gateway to the city as the first-of-its-kind mixed-use destination in New Zealand.

The development is set to revitalise Tauranga’s heart of the city by bringing an exciting new community of exceptional living, shopping and dining together in an architecturally designed environment. Shop, socialise, or watch the world go by. Thirty Eight Elizabeth is a place to soak up the atmosphere.

Thirty Eight Elizabeth is the largest build outside Auckland:

  • $200 million development
  • 8,000sq metres of retail, on two levels
  • 5,380 concrete piles, stretching more than 70km in length
  • 340 car parks on five levels
  • 23 luxury townhouses
  • 97 high-end apartments across 10 storeys and two towers

Watch this space for more retail and dining experiences to be announced.
